PERMIT
CONDITIONS
- Permittee
must comply with all laws and rules relating to seasons, bag limits,
transportation of firearms or archery equipment, trespass, and all
other applicable provisions.
- Permit
is valid for a period of one year, unless permit laws are amended
before its expiration.
- Permit
must be in possession while hunting from a motor vehicle.
- Permit
is valid only when fully completed, signed by a physician licensed
to practice in Minnesota, and the duplicate copy has been submitted
to the Dept. of Natural Resources Office closest to your home residence.
- Completed
and signed permit form (duplicate copy only) must be returned to the
indicated DNR Regional office location.

- Permit
is valid only when fully completed, signed by a physician licensed
