This program
is for sportsmen who are mobility impaired due to a permanent condition.
A "Mobility Impaired Access Card" is issued to those persons meeting
established criteria. The card entitles them to use an all terrain vehicle
(ATV) for special access privileges only on Commission-owned lands.
It is not a hunting or fishing license. Requires physician's signature.
In order to fish or hunt, a card holder must also possess a valid license.
